I live in Chicago and was looking to buy a home back in Minnesota. I contacted Team Jernell concerning a house we were interested in. I received a prompt response. I had a realtor in mind when I got back to Minnesota but after talking to Jason and him answering some of my questions we decided to give him a try. We are glad we did! We were in Minnesota for one week to find a home and then had to go back to Chicago. We discussed the area we were looking at and our price range. Not once was I ever "oversold" on a home. Unlike other realtors I have dealt with Team Jernell was not looking for just a paycheck. Team Jernell provided us with up to the minute listings, and almost immediate showings so that we were nearly first in line to review a home. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and they were able to book showings the same or next day with some days seeing as many as 5-8 homes per day. Very knowledgeable about different suburbs, and Jason being a former contractor was able to answer our questions that a regular realtor would not have had knowledge about. Jason was very personable and made us feel that our needs were his first priority even while working with several other clients at the same time. There wasn't one question he could not answer regarding the entire process from looking, buying, closing and after closing follow ups and further support. We ended up finding and buying a home within the six days we were in Minnesota. We certainly could not have done it if it wasn't for all the hard work Jason and his team provided us in such a short time. I would not hesitate to recommend Team Jernell in buying or selling a home. When we found our home, he was diligent in working for us, not for him, he was in our corner 100%.
